A Costa Blanca beach
Although our company's projects cover a wide area of south-eastern Spain, historically the Costa Blanca is the privileged environment which is home to thousands of properties created by Justo Quesada S.L.

The province of Alicante offers much more than you might expect from its internationally famed image as a Mecca of sun and sand tourism, presided over by the irresistible allure of Benidorm. The Costa Blanca is filled with towns with a long-standing tourist tradition Javea, Denia, Calpe, Altea, Villajoyosa, Alicante, Santa Pola, Guardamar, Torrevieja, Playas de Orihuela, Pilar de la Horadada, and many more. No area of Europe has more Blue Flag beaches and Quality Certificates as those to be found along the 218 kilometres of this province's coastline.

But Alicante is much more than simply the coast. Its geography is full of contrasts and, surprisingly, it is the second most mountainous province in Spain. The valleys of the northern areas with their crops grown on terraces originally created by the moors, the mountains of the inland region covered with pines, oaks and carob trees, filled with the fresh scent of aromatic plants, the lowlands to the south rich in marshlands...
One of the Costa Blanca Nature Reserves

For nature lovers, Alicante is home to no less than eleven nature reserves: the Sierra de Mariola, Font Roja, Sierra Helada, the Peñon de Ifach, the Montgó, El Hondo, the Santa Pola Saltworks, the Lagoons of La Mata-Torrevieja and the marine reserves of Cabo de San Antonio and Tabarca island.

Thirteen golf courses, large theme parks, marinas, an abundant archaeological and architectural heritage and a wealth of museums, fiestas to suit every taste throughout the year, wonderful cuisine that must be tasted to be believed, excellent communication links and its unbeatable climate, all make the Costa Blanca without any doubt the ideal place to live.
