Based either on standard models or by creating new architectural concepts, we shape the ideal home with the advice of our professionals. This means we modify the distribution of spaces, add new elements or create aesthetic resources in harmony with the new owners' tastes, the only limitation being town planning regulations.

We are also well aware of the importance of the finishing touches: customers visit our exhibition of construction materials to choose the final result and look for their home from a wide range of models: paving, tiling, bathroom fittings, kitchen cupboards, doors, etc.

We entrust control of our constructions to the most demanding laboratories, in particular Bureau Veritas, a multinational company renowned worldwide. The guidelines are: in-depth quality control and top of the range materials, also guaranteed by a ten-year insurance policy covering any possible construction or material defect.

All our properties are built on a solid reinforced concrete structure. We use with heat and sound insulated doors and windows, single-layer plaster or Cotegran façades, external aluminium carpentry with Climalit double glazing, external balustrades...
